Fully-automatic backwash filter with rotating filter-drum flown through from outside to inside.

The filter-element is cleaned by opening the backwash drain valve – parallel to the filtration – without interruption of the filtering process. Due to the partial cleaning of the strainer-element and the specific cross-flow flushing highly backwash speeds in the filter-element up to 10 m/s can be attained.

Technical Data

Due to the high backwash speed up to 10 m/s a 100 % cleaning of the filter-element is guaranteed. Reliable separation of high contamination. As filter-element it is possible to insert slotted-sieve, wire-mesh cloth as well as perforated plate.

Backwash Drum Filter (RTF)

The Backwash Drum Filter is based on the Filterautomat’s f i ltration and backwash principle. However, a more individual choice of mate- rials for more demanding mediums can be realized.

Separator (SPR)

Now the motion along the circle

By means of the turbine wheel at the inlet, the translational motion of the stream is converted into a rotary motion. Centrifugal forces ensure separation of impurity particles.

Application: only for separation of mechanical impurities with a high specific gravity

Simple and double switchable filter

No moving parts

Fully automatic trap for impurities on the basis of a hydrocyclone with continuous or periodic removal of concentrate, the design is based on two principles of hydrodynamics:

– trapping of impurities in the external and internal centrifugal swirl.

– trapping of impurities due to inertia of the mass on the splined pipe.

The filter capacity is from 2 to 250 m3 / h;

Simple filter (type EF)

Very simple

A manual filter that, by means of a filter basket, catches particles of impurities from the liquid stream. When cleaning, the filtering process is interrupted

Working pressure – from 0 to 63 bar;
Flanged connections – nominal diameter from DN 15 to DN 1000;

Dual filter (type DF)

One in reserve

Unlike a simple filter, you can select a working mode for one and a standby or cleanup mode for the other on a dual filter using the switch. As a result, a continuous filtering process without filter interruption is possible

For a continuous filtration process of almost all types of liquid.

• Amount of solid impurities: as small as possible to reduce the frequency of manual cleaning operations

• Work control: optical indication with electrical contact

Bag filter (type EFBS)

Everything in a bag

Filter with manual service. The filter element can be made of various materials, for example nylon, non-woven felt. The filter differs by the fineness of filtration from ≥1μm and a large filtering surface.

The capacity of the filter is from 0 to 60 m3 / h;

Fineness of purification – 1 μm;

Working pressure – from 0 to 63 bar;

Flanged connections – nominal diameter from DN 50 to DN 100;

Manual filter cleaning;

Dynamic filter (DSF / DTF)

It is desirable to have fibers.

Fully automatic dynamic filter with “breathable” filter elements

The long and curved filter elements of the dynamic filter are particularly well suited for capturing long fibers from the liquid flow. Due to the dynamic filter element, reliable automatic filtration is possible

Especially proved itself in semi-open circulating systems with varying solid impurities (especially effective in capturing nap and fibers)

Special advantages: deep filter for large volumes of solid impurities, which are collected in wedge-shaped folds.

Preferred application: for all kinds of impurities, especially for cleaning from fibrous substances.

The filter capacity is from 20 to 400 m3 / h;

Candle filter with backwash (type RKF)

Original solution

Filter with automatic backwashing of candles by means of a stepping drive with a rotary plate including control over the candles and their replacement through an opening in the housing cover without disassembling the housing.

Particularly suitable in the semi-open circuits of water circulation with inhomogeneous solid impurities.

Special advantages: high performance per filter

Preferred application: separation of non-uniform solid particles with a high proportion of particularly light impurities up to 150 mg / l with a large proportion of very small particles in the micro range and high productivity.

The main part of the candle filter is a movable disk, in which filtering cylindrical elements (candles) are built. Thanks to this, a sequential automatic flushing of each candle is possible. It is possible to automatically clean candles one after another. The filter is well suited for filtering large volumes of liquid

The capacity of the filter is from 2000 to 10,000 m3 / h;

Fineness of purification – 50 μm;

Working pressure is from 1.5 to 25 bar;

Multi-separator (M)

Three or more in one

It is a combination of several separators in one common enclosure. This allows you to efficiently filter (separe) large volumes of liquid.

The capacity of the filter is from 200 to 3000 m3 / h;

The fineness of the purification is 5 μm;

Working pressure – from 2 to 63 bar;

Flanged connections – nominal diameter from DN 150 to DN 700;

The filter housing is steel, alloy steel.


Combined filter (type DCF)

A reliable combination

The DCF filter is a combination of a separator and a candle filter. At the first stage, the impurity particles are separated by the centrifugal forces of the separator. In the second stage, small impurities are removed from the liquid flow by means of filter candles.

In this combined filter, impurities are separated into:

– Particularly heavy solid impurities in the hydrocyclone (removal during the release of the concentrate)

– particularly light impurities in the slotted filter (removal in the main flow and countercurrent during backwashing

– precipitation of fine heavy impurities with a boundary value of Density (removal through the valve of a by-product concentrate)

Especially well proved in circuits with the content of scale and sand impurities (especially effective in removing pile and fibers)

Special advantages: long service life due to separate isolation of heavy and light fractions

Preferred application: separation of non-uniform solid impurities with a high proportion of heavy impurities up to 3000 mg / l.

The capacity of the filter is from 5 to 2000 m3 / h;

The fineness of the purification is 30 μm;

Working pressure is from 2 to 25 bar;

Flanged connections – nominal diameter from DN 50 to DN 700;

Automatic filter cleaning;

Device for dewatering of sludge (Schlammcon)

Dehydrate completely differently

Large boxes of impurities are retained in the box with the bag. Through the bottom opening the box filter is easily cleaned. This system can be used in combination with our automatic filters.
